Before Dispatch:
Once you place an order, our executive will contact you to confirm the product details and ensure it meets your requirements.
If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you can do so, and we will issue a full refund.

After Dispatch:
Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been dispatched.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It Is a 100% free and you have received your whole money back.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

3. Warranty Policy

All Delitech Smart Home products come with a 1-Year standard warranty from the date of purchase.

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the product ( Give you New Product) as per our assessment.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you by email or call regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.
