Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns due to a change of mind. All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event of a product issue, we offer a replacement for the specific defective part.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
Once you place an order, our executive will contact you to confirm the product details and ensure it meets your requirements.
If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you can do so, and we will issue a full refund.
After Dispatch:
Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been dispatched.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect or damaged part, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement for the affected part at no extra cost.
